Saville Park, Halifax - November 2005
Stainforth Construction have started work on 67 new build apartments on behalf of Stamford Land and Estates.
As well as our involvement in domestic work for individual dwellings, we have, of course, undertaken residential schemes at the level of student halls of residence. Similarly, housing association and sheltered housing projects are well within our compass.
Our knowledge of refurbishment and conversion work as well as new-build can be invaluable here.
The same could be said of the burgeoning leisure sector where some astonishing new uses for old buildings are being found in parallel with new construction.
