Periodically Stainforth Construction have vacancies for the following positions:

Junior Quantity Surveyor

Applicants should possess a minimum of 4 GSCEs, grade C or above including maths, English and a maths based science, be willing to undertake a day release course, all fees for which will be paid by the company.

Quantity Surveyor

Applicants should be fully conversant with traditional and design and build forms of contract and have a track record of hands-on approach to quantity surveying, taking projects from contract commencement through to final account agreement.

Contracts Manager/Project Manager/Site Manager

Required to manage both traditional and design and build projects ranging in value from £500K to £5 million. Good leadership qualities are required, a thorough knowledge of CDM together with the ability to ensure projects are completed on time and to the high standard expected by the company.
